This Is Our History.
Accent Construction & Development started in 1990
…in Kansas City, Kansas. We started with painting and exterior doors and window installation. We progressed into small remodeling jobs and by the end of the 1990’s we had moved into room additions. Our dream has always been to be a custom home builder that offers services beyond building new custom homes.
In 2000, we moved the company to Northern California.
We continue working doing major remodels and partnered with a framing company to start building spec homes. After a short partnership we began building custom homes and our dream of becoming a custom home builder started to come to life.
The company moved to the Dallas Texas area in 2018...
…and continued building both contract and custom spec homes. As a premiere custom home builder Accent Construction and Development provides a variety of plans to choose from on our website. House plans range from 1,500 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. We offer custom & semi custom home plans from Modern, Tudor to French country. We offer one stop shopping for your dream home, from plans to structural design. You can also work with our in-house interior design team to add that special touch. Making it easy for you to build your dream home.
